What I Offer

  • I offer a free initial virtual or in-person meeting to get to know each other and see if me and my services/experience seem like a fit for you. Every persons needs are different and I want us to be sure we can build a relationship of trust before working together.

  • I offer two in-person 1 hour long prenatal visits that will be used to:

    • Explore any feelings related to giving birth/past birth experiences

    • Practice/learn helpful coping strategies for when labor comes

    • Help to construct a birth plan and talk through possible situations that may arise

    • Get to know you and your preferences better to be able to provide effective personalized care throughout the process

    * I will be reachable by text from 9am-9pm daily

    ** Starting at week 37 I will be available 24/7 for text or phone calls

  • Starting at week 37 I will be on call 24/7.

    For the birth:

    • I will be there from the first call and I will stay with you until 1-2 hours postpartum.

    • I will provide continuous compassion and care the entire time.

    • I will help by suggesting labor coping strategies as well as hands on comfort measures such as: massage, counterpressure, labor progressing positions.

    • I will advocate for the birth experience you desire and help to navigate any situations or decisions that arise.

    • I will advocate for you and your wants/needs in the birth space.

    • I will ensure that you are able to face interventions or procedures feeling confident and informed.

  • 1 week after the birth I will come for an in-person home visit to:

    • Check in on you and baby to see how you are adjusting

    • Process/ talk about your experience and any feelings about it

    • Offer emotional support and resources in the case of difficult postpartum adjustment

Pricing:

I utilize a sliding scale for my services from $500-$800. Please schedule an initial meeting to discuss what the price would look like for you.

For payment, I require 1/4 of the price paid as a deposit upon signing of the contract. The rest is paid at the week 36 mark.
