  • A Doula is someone who is there to support the birthgiver throughout their journey. Cheering them on and being there as a nonwavering support. A doula does not provide any medical services.

  • I support all different kinds of births! My biggest goal as your doula is to make you feel empowered, safe, and confident in your desired birth experience! Whether that is a hospital birth, a home birth, a planned C-section, or many more variations, I will support your decisions 100%.

  • My goal as a part of your birth support team is to enhance not to control! I will not replace your partner in the delivery setting but rather help them feel confident helping you. During delivery, it is also helpful to have a doula so that you are never alone if your partner needs a bathroom break or to step out and eat something quickly. Your partner and I will be a team, working together to love and support you!

  • I am a joyful, calm, and grounded presence who will endeavor to meet your needs in each moment. I can cheerlead or sit quietly and hold space, I can make you laugh to release tension, or I can be a shoulder to cry on and a kind face to share fears with. I am starting in this work, so there might be some learning we have to do together, but I consider all of it the ultimate privilege to be allowed into your birth world.
